At Southeast Foot Care, we provide expert foot, ankle, and wound care in San Antonio. Led by board-certified podiatrist Dr. Wilburn Thomas, our clinic offers advanced treatment for pain relief, diabetic foot care, and surgical solutions — with time taken to listen, educate, and explain conditions clearly so every patient feels confident in their care.

Dr. Thomas is a board-certified podiatrist with over 25 years of experience in medical and surgical foot and ankle care. He founded Southeast Foot Care in 1997, and has since focused on comprehensive, patient-centered treatment — including diabetic limb preservation, reconstructive foot surgery, wound care, and sports medicine.
